Lunch With A Friend In Outer Space

by Mark E. Mason on May 5, 2008

Last week I had lunch with a close friend. My friend wanted to start a web site about science fiction. He asked me if I knew anything about starting a blog, making money on the web, Adsense, SEO and a host of other Internet Marketing topics. I mean, we all hear the marketing buzz about Intel and AMD microprocessors, and quad core technology and all that. But what does it mean? How can you put it into human terms? Read the Full Article →

by Mark E. Mason December 25, 2007

My buddy Tom recently emailed to remind me that here in Texas, now is a great time to show your kids the dawn and nightfall shadows on http://www.die.net/earth/hemisphere.html and see how much the shadow is tipped. Then, come back in 3 months and see that the shadow line is exactly vertical at the equinox. He [...]
