I have done the same thing and have created a TOS to install as a page on all IM Blogs and will put a message at the bottom of each post with a link to the TOS and a statement that we are in agreement with FTC ruling and comply. As a very satisfied, (non-compensated incidentally) user of your great Adsense themes I doubt that we $5 a day guys will be in the government sights for a long time, but what the hey, better to be prepared. I have a feeling that the FTC will be going after deep pockets first, so Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods and the like had better be ready to disclose that they are being paid for reaching for a certain beverage or in showing a certain cigar label.
