More Blog Content Tips

Yesterday, I spent some time sharing one of my favorite article topic tricks -- searching for a topic and the words "how to" -- like "wordpress how to" (without the quotes).

Well, that is great for telling you what to write about.  But sometimes, you need more help than that.  After all, the life of an internet marketer revolves around one thing: Content. You need articles for your blog, more great content for your newsletter or ezine, and even more quality articles if you plan to do article marketing or guest blogging to get free advertising for your website.

Phew.  That is a ton of stuff.

Before you give up and go to your backup business plan of designing and patenting the ultimate yoga mat, let me share a few ideas with you that may help you to actually have time away from your computer.

Building Your List With MRR Content

On Thursday, I talked about the importance of lists, and how I was rethinking my entire list strategy thanks to Josh Spaulding's New Age Email Marketing Report.  This caused me to start work on an experiment with $7 Secrets (which I described Saturday). Committing to a $7 secrets approach meant that I needed a new eBook to sell -- something that people would really want that was worth a lot more than $7.  Well, I went ahead and wrote one that was appropriate for this experiment. It's all about how to write your first eBook, and I am launching the eBook (called "First eBook Now!" tomorrow.  Stay tuned and you will be among the first to know when it goes live (hint -- around noon CST Tuesday).

But I Don't Want To Write An eBook

One thing that I hear from time to time from people is that they "can't write an eBook" or "don't want to write and eBook."  Now I personally think that everyone has at least one great eBook in them, especially if they already have a website full of content that they can draw inspiration from or perhaps even re-purpose.
