How To Find Blog Post Topics: A Quick Tip

One of the questions I hear a lot is "what do I write about?"

Here is a quick tip for you when you are looking for some blogging topics.

One simple answer to this age-old blogging question is to write answers to the questions that people have about your area of expertise.

For example, let's say you have a killer blog about WordPress.  Crank open your favorite keyword tool.  I like Micro Niche Finder for this type of work, but you could also use one of the free tools out there like The Google AdWords Keyword Tool or the Wordtracker tool free trial.

Search for your topic and "how to" -- For example "How To WordPress" (without the quotes).

Micro Niche Finder — Running With Dog Scissors

Tonight I have been playing around with Micro Niche Finder.   In this video, I demonstrate how to find niches with Micro Niche Finder and find a domain that will help you rank for your chosen keyword.  I show the old Strength of Competition feature as well as new Measure Of Backlinks feature and the domain name availability feature.

At the end of the video, I find a domain and register it.  In the next video I will create a site for this domain using Firepow.
