Cool Niche–Portable Air Conditioners

Here is a niche for you, including some free keyword research.

From time to time I like to spend a few minutes exploring new niches and checking them out on spyfu.com.  When I put a keyword phrase into the spyfu tool, I am looking for a cost per click over $1.50 and more than 10 advertisers.

If a keyword doesn’t pass that test, I usually toss it.  It’s not scientific, but the basic idea is this:

If people are not paying for ads and actually advertising in the niche, it is going to be pretty hard to make money as a affiliate in that niche.

It is starting to get pretty hot here in Texas, and that made me think about a niche site around the topic of “portable air conditioners.”  A quick check on SpyFu.com shows that this might be a decent niche to explore:

SENuke X Review And Case Study Plan

SENuke Review and Case StudyMany of you know that I was in Asia this week on business travel.  Of course, this was the week of the big SENuke re-launch (now improved and called SENuke X).

After many years of wondering about SENuke, I finally decided to take the plunge and subscribed to SENuke X last week.  You probably know that SENuke X is the follow-on product to the popular SENuke software and that it is a collection of tools for automating website promotion (primarily through backlinking).

I’ve decided that I would like to try and consolidate most (but not all) of my automated link-building inside this tool.   I’ve also decided that it would make a cool ongoing review and case study.
