Celebrate RSS Appreciation Day at FeedaPalooza

Aaron over a FullTiltBlogging has cooked up a cool RSS promotion in celebration of RSS Appreciation day (which is tomorrow.) Be sure and check it out. By participating in FeedaPoolaza 2008, you can increase your own RSS subscriptions and take home a free bonus that Aaron is offering. It looks pretty cool.

Originally suggested by Steve Rubel, RSS appreciation day is designed to call peoples attention to RSS feeds and feed readers. Some extremely large percentage of internet users have no idea what a feed reader is or how to use one.

So, celebrate RSS day tomorrow! Tell a friend about the magic of RSS.

Regards,

Mark

Thanks for the heads up on this Mark, I had a post in the works that I’m turning into a short eBook instead so I can participate. It should be interesting to see just how successful this project is for everyone involved- it’s definitely a clever idea on Aaron’s part to generate a lot of links and content for his site.

Agree. This is very clever marketing on Aarons part. Like all good marketing, there is payback for the participants and the users. Pretty neat. Would be very cool if it went viral.
